      Pros

      Working at TCG has pushed me both personally and professionally, and I genuinely feel that leadership wants to see me excel. That can only happen when I’m challenged, and here it’s a healthy balance of me wanting growth and those around me recognizing and supporting that. The opportunity to earn partnership is a huge motivator, as is the level of nonprofit work we’re involved in. It’s energizing to be surrounded by people who are committed to learning, improving and taking risks rather than staying stagnant. The culture reinforces high standards without losing sight of development.

      Cons

      The pace and expectations can require extra time and focus during busy periods, Ultimately, it comes from a drive to achieve big outcomes.
