      Competitive salary, high accountability, ability to think like an owner, you control your own destiny, reward and recognition, people driven culture

      Cons

      Performance Driven- you have to meet the bar and raise your performance to constantly meet the bar. If you do not want to be challenged- this will not be the right fit.
