Pros

- The place is tailor-made for hard workers who want to get ahead - Reward and recognition is second to none - Training is very good and improving - Anyone can be a partner, from maintenance techs to administrative people to accountants to senior management - Going above and beyond is part of the job. - Customer service is taken seriously

Cons

- It is not a "normal" workplace - If you are into an 8-5, Monday through Friday job, it's not the place for you - Pro and con: high expectations and not just for a year or two

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
