      Reward and Recognition- work really hard, and you will be rewarded Advancement Opportunities Pay Scale is highest in the industry You can work with some highly advanced people

      You will work your tail off, be ready to have no life Better be ready to be micro managed Constant Pressure They expect the best, and if you're not, you're out High turn-over no real team ethic, everyone is out for themselves
