      Hard work and commitment results in reward and recognition. Associates' views and opinions are valued. Challenging work environment allows associates to utilize and develop skills. Always looking for ways to improve processes and be the best. Fun team building activities and associate outings are encouraged.

      Cons

      If you are a clock watcher and only want to work the standard hours then this is not the company for you.
