Pros

This company is not like most I have worked for. When I applied, I was just looking for a job. They have instead, helped me begin a career. The pay is great, vacation time and paid time off, excellent and affordable health/vision/dental insurance, company outings, paid training. There really isn't much more you can ask for from a job. It isn't too big of a company, that you will not be noticed for your hard work and dedication. That's right, they reward and recognize hard work! Bi-annual awards breakfasts and so many much more.

Cons

There isn't too much negative working here if you are a hard worker, and take pride in your work. For those looking just for a paycheck, this job does require you to care about your job. There are long hours, there is an emergency phone that maintenance staff switches off week to week, it is hard work. Again, the pros far out way the cons for those looking to get ahead in life.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
