Pros

Good pay, good benefits good schedule not too early not too late, is Monday to Friday with on call every other weekend

Cons

Every property and every manager is different, In the property I’m working there’s Lack of training, No tools, No supplies,No OT, Always short in material (tape, paint, bulbs, texture, always something) once you there they ask you to make 20 to 23 turns in 20 days, each turn in less than 8 hours , No Overtime!!! They don’t let you focus in your work, always calling you to do other things ( make you spend time in other things) and at the end of the day they don’t see that. When you need something the manager is always busy, sometimes you have to sacrifice your lunch clock out but keep working to finish on time, some days you can’t even have the time to drink water, because you are working in another building and the water is in the office , once you start working in one apartment in a couple hours the manager start asking if you almost finish or when you go to finish, ( my manager said one turn can be complete it in less than 6 hours) Maybe she done that before, they ask you to make miracles with a SMALL BUDGET, without supplies and with no time,

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
