Pros

There are none that I can think of.

Cons

-Training is terrible, disorganized -Culture is lacking/nonexistent -Turnover is so high literally the best performer has zero job security -expectations/goals are unclear and used against you -catty/backstabbing/cliquey/manipulative environment -pay residents to write google reviews to make the complex look better meanwhile its complete garbage -expect sales people to clean apartments/grounds/everything and hit sales numbers -sales process is a joke. So pushy and in your face and fake.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. However, I must clarify that we absolutely do not pay employees to write positive reviews, nor do we pay residents to write positive Google reviews. We do regularly ask both associates and customers to provide honest feedback about their experience, whether it be positive or negative. Any incentives offered are in line with the review platforms’ own policies. I am happy to discuss this with you in greater detail if you are interested. I would also like to connect with you to hear more about your experience with training and expectations. If we have a manager not following our systems, we want to know about it so we can correct it. Please reach out to me at your convenience at 937-350-3407

Pros

Fast-paced environment, strong compensation opportunities, talented teams, and a culture that rewards performance. If you are ambitious, competitive, and always want more, this could be the place for you.

Cons

The environment is demanding and not suited for everyone. Expectations are high, feedback is direct, and performance is closely measured. Employees who thrive on accountability, competition, and results will likely do well; those seeking a more traditional or less performance-driven workplace may find it is not the right fit.

We appreciate your feedback. We are the right place for ambitious, competitive associates who want to grow and be challenged. We’re proud to offer strong compensation opportunities and a culture that recognizes and rewards results. You’re right that our environment is demanding and not for everyone. We also appreciate your note around consistency and communication as we continue to grow!
