Pros

So many companies out there like to talk about culture, but The Connor Group is living their culture every single day. It is an incredible place to work, filled with like-minded individuals. Expect very clear direction and feedback that will challenge you to be the best. Everyone here has that “winners” mentality and is a high achiever, which helps drive you to achieve your own goals. For those willing to rise to the task, there are opportunities for advancement, like bonuses, promotions, R&R (gifts for achieving your goals) and even Partnership in the company. The future is bright at the Connor Group! I really enjoy being part of the success and future of Larry's company. Most recently I was able to help with the recovery efforts in the Bahamas as part of Larry's philanthropy.

Cons

Expect long hours and a very high level of accountability. Like anything else in life, you get out of your job at the Connor Group what you put back in. You have to be willing to work hard, maybe harder than you have before, but the rewards will come back to you. For people who just want a job where they can surf the internet and collect a paycheck, this is not the place for you. We really do work as hard as we say we do, not really a con but just something to keep in mind!

Pros

Thorough training to prepare you for your role. Incredible leadership.

Cons

It’s not a con, but you definitely are held accountable for your work. If you do not have good follow through or cannot handle feedback this may not be the role for you.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
