      Pros

      We are able to meet monthly and discuss our achievements AS A TEAM. Our company takes pride by recognizing those who succeed (Awards Breakfast 2x a year). Reward and Recognition is great. Management is commited to the people that do the right things.

      Cons

      Hours can be long on weekdays.
