The Connor Group Response

I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience while working as a sales associate. We have high expectations, and those who meet or exceed goals are absolutely rewarded and recognized. Our sales, managers and service associates all were given additional bonus opportunities throughout 2020 in the midst of COVID. As you know, one of our number one core values is Do the Right Thing. That applies to everything we do at The Connor Group. I'd like to learn more specifically why you felt you "cannot have morals" while working here. If you believe someone went against our core values, I would love to discuss so we can get to the truth and correct if needed. Please call VP of talent acquisitions Chris Jemo directly at 937-350-3415. Thank you,

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
