Pros
Incredible compensation/benefits packages. Ethics and integrity are non-negotiable. No office politics, no "its who you know", no drama, no pushing anything under the rug or covering up problems. Everything is audited so there is no corner-cutting....If you are the type to look for shortcuts, this is not the place for you. I feel fully supported by management...you are trusted to make decisions. We take really good care of our people. I can honestly say I LOVE it here. If you are vocal about where you want your career to go (i.e. I want to travel more, I want to earn this promotion), you will develop and implement a plan to get there.
Cons
TCG people are high achievers, so by nature you will WANT to work late. No one is going to force you to do so, and this is 100% controllable (you have to run your day, not let the day run you). You should also prepare to be held accountable, so if you commit to completing XYZ, you are expected to fully follow through. Simply put, this is not the place for you if you struggle to meet deadlines or want to coast.
