Pros
I have never felt more challenged in a job setting. I have been pushed to boundaries I didn’t even know existed. This is also one of the most rewarding jobs I have had. We work hard but we play hard too. This is the best decision I’ve made for myself, I’m proud to be a part of a company that truly invests in its people. If you’re willing to commit to the systems and be fully bought in that connor group processes work, you will be successful, the sky is the limit. Be flexible, be adaptable and be relentless. The culture here is unmatched, if you want to be a part of the one percent, this is the company for you. There is a really amazing work life balance. I personally come from retail and I have a much more time to spend with friends in family now than I ever have in my retail career
