Pros

Decently paid, nothing else at all.

Cons

Everything, Very high turnover, false promises, they will have you stay for over time and not pay for it happend to me and others several times with documentation. A lot of fake positive reviews turnover is a revolving door here so im not surprised they wanna sucker more people in. Youre just a number to them.

The Connor Group Response

First off, thank you for your more than a year of service. Secondly, obviously for you to write this after a year, something must have happened recently and I would be happy to discuss with you. Lastly, all our reviews are 100% real, in fact, Glassdoor has policies in place to assure they are valid. Addressing your concern, we absolutely pay overtime when it occurs but we do try to have none. Not sure if you were asked to leave early on a Friday and that is the issue? Either way, would like to discuss with you and correct if there was an error. Thanks,

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
