Pros

The Connor Group only hires the best and then challenges you to rise even higher in the pursuit of excellence. If you are looking for a job where you can grow in your skills and career, The Connor Group offers a structured system with a great team environment!

Cons

If you are someone that can’t handle high expectations, constructive criticism, and constant performance evaluation…then you may have a difficult time. The Connor Group puts on a lot of pressure but pressure is what creates diamonds!!

Pros

High individual accountability. Operational, technological, systems support like no other company I’ve worked with in the past.

Cons

Properties are strategically purchased only in certain markets which means some areas will have more opportunities than others

Pros

The building is honestly really nice.

Cons

Everything. There is NO work/life balance. You are expected to live and breathe that job. If there’s a level 3 blizzard, you better get to your post, oh but “people count”. They sell you on their culture and environment of recognition, when 99% of the time, it’s the folks in the C suite getting recognized or rewarded. There is NO HR department there which is a HUGE red flag. There is an extremely high turnover rate. When people are fired, they send a memo out to the entire company saying why! Something like “This person didn’t meet their property approved rentals for 3 months and so they don’t have what it takes to remain here.” ..something along those lines. They are known for changing your title without changing your pay. It is a horrible place to work. This place will chew you up and spit you out and not think twice about it. They do not care about their employees at all.
