The quotas were nonsense. We constantly had to complete the work of our peers including following up and closing leads but they would get paid for them. We were made to work off the clock and fake google reviews to improve the rating of the location. It was extremely stressful to see residents valid concerns swept under the rug. One lady had her 9 month old baby covered in bed bug bites which had been linked to the next door apartment and the property manager did nothing. She admitted she was aware one time while she was drinking heavily while “working”. That lady was held financially responsible despite the fact it was tied to another unit. I couldn’t work for a company that lacks ethics.
