Pros

They give you pretty cool gifts

Everything. Very high pressure sales environment. Don’t care about residents, only money. Will talk about you behind your back. Zero work life balance.

The Connor Group Response

Thank you for your more than 3 years of service and sorry to hear that something obviously changed your mind about working here. We have always had high standards and set goals that associates are expected to make. The majority of our managers hit or exceed these as noted by our average bonus payout of over $55,000 in 2021, with many managers exceeding $80,000 for their outstanding results. Will have to disagree with you that we don't care about our residents though. Customer service is a key aspect of being a successful manager, which is why it is factored into manager's bonuses. Although we are currently at a 4.2 on our Google ratings, we are working hard to improve those as well. Would love to hear more specifics from you so we can improve. Please feel free to call me at 937-434-3095, ask for Chris.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
