Pros

-pay -residents depending on the property -everyday is different

Cons

-you will be expected to work overtime for free, even when you’re not salaried and it’s just “part of the culture” -be prepared to work through your lunch as well -high burnout due to lack of training and poor direct management -very toxic environment, you won’t feel appreciated here.

Thank you for your feedback and more than a year of service. As I am sure you are aware, we strive to minimize overtime costs where possible, but we absolutely pay overtime when associates work more than their 40 scheduled hours. If you experience was not aligned with our overtime policies, please reach out to me at 937-434-3095 (ask for Chris Jemo) to discuss this so we can investigate and correct any missing hours.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
