Thank you for sharing your feedback, we really do appreciate it. Unfortunately, other than the information you provided about our office dogs, there’s no truth or facts to your review. For starters, our partners are equity owners in The Connor Group. Every partner has an ownership stake in the company and receives a percentage of our property sales, refinances or supplementals. Our partnership program is very unique, but rest assured, our partners are owners. The culture is anything but misogynistic and fake. As a female and senior leader in our company, I can attest from my personal experience that we have a unique culture, and it’s one where people, no matter their background, color, sex, etc. can and do thrive. There are trips specifically for our men AND women every year. And yes, we do host events to celebrate property sales. They are not treated to a steak dinner and sent on their way. We value our people. We absolutely keep associates after selling a property and reassign them at other properties either within that same market or another across our portfolio. Our entire building is glass, so I’m sure why our gym would be any different. The list goes on…
You are correct in the fact that we set high goals. These may seem impossible to others, but over the last 30 years we’ve learned the impossible is possible with the right people. We truly wish you the best in your future endeavors.
