Pros
The building is honestly really nice.
Cons
Everything. There is NO work/life balance. You are expected to live and breathe that job. If there’s a level 3 blizzard, you better get to your post, oh but “people count”. They sell you on their culture and environment of recognition, when 99% of the time, it’s the folks in the C suite getting recognized or rewarded. There is NO HR department there which is a HUGE red flag. There is an extremely high turnover rate. When people are fired, they send a memo out to the entire company saying why! Something like “This person didn’t meet their property approved rentals for 3 months and so they don’t have what it takes to remain here.” ..something along those lines. They are known for changing your title without changing your pay. It is a horrible place to work. This place will chew you up and spit you out and not think twice about it. They do not care about their employees at all.
