      Pros

      There are a lot of great things about working for The Connor Group. I get to work with some of the best individuals in the industry, and the culture is one that rewards its employees for working hard and doing the right thing.

      Cons

      The only thing I would say is a challenge here would be the hours during certain times of the year. You are expected to work hard at The Connor Group, and if you are willing, the rewards are great.
