Pros

We are not for everyone - yes, this is a pro. Our culture is built on high performing individuals that do not see finish lines. We raise the standard everyday and do not settle for good, we strive for great. We are a culture of accountability, not only to our team, but more importantly to ourselves. We foster an ownership mindset at every level. It is challenging and tough at times, but the great things in life are. The culture here is truly inspirational and for the right individuals this place is life changing. You get out what you put in here.

Cons

I do not have any cons here.

Pros

High individual accountability. Operational, technological, systems support like no other company I’ve worked with in the past.

Cons

Properties are strategically purchased only in certain markets which means some areas will have more opportunities than others

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
