Thank you for sharing your feedback! It's great you value the positive office environment, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth, including the impact we make through Kids & Community Partners. As you pointed out, the in-office requirement and high standards may not be for everyone, but they are part of fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Your advice to continue taking care of associates is appreciated and aligns with our commitment to building a supportive and motivated team. Thank you!

Pros

Great people and culture. The job is fun and can be very rewarding

Cons

Honestly no real cons. If you get off track it's stressful trying to get back on because there's alot of pressure but with the right team, you have support.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
