My experience at The Connor Group over the past 3 years has been life changing for me and my (growing) family. Over the past 3 years, I have been challenged daily to be better. Prior to working here, I had hit a plateau in my previous field and am very grateful I made this leap of faith. If you are a passionate and driven individual who embraces direct feedback, you will be successful! Cons

As mentioned in other reviews, work life balance can be tough when first starting. This has been a focus for the company over the past year and has gotten much better. This can be manageable with proper planning and prioritization. Both are things that you receive lots of training and tools to be successful at!

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
