We’re sorry you feel your experience didn’t reflect the culture we strive for, but some of the claims like being judged on how you “walk or sit,” are simply not accurate and don’t reflect who we are. We’re upfront about expectations, including compensation and schedule, and when we fall short, we own it and improve. And to be clear, we do respect our associates.
