It’s not a con, but you definitely are held accountable for your work. If you do not have good follow through or cannot handle feedback this may not be the role for you.

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
