Pros

Great working environment built on culture of do the right, people count, live the circle of success, think long term not short & relentless pursuit of excellence. Elite performance is expected from all, which pushes personal growth & competitiveness to be the best.

Cons

Not the place for everyone. Does not do all federal holidays.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
