The Connor Group is a place for top performers. It’s a workplace for people with a strong work ethic who are driven, goal-oriented, and take pride in delivering results. This is a high-accountability, high-reward environment where hard work never goes unnoticed. When you perform, you’re rewarded and recognized—both publicly and financially. You’re surrounded by people who challenge you to be better every day. I’ve never experienced a culture quite like it. The pace is fast, and the energy is high. The team around you is just as focused and driven as you are—and that’s rare. It’s not for everyone, but if this is who you are, this is the place for you. I’ve always craved being around like-minded individuals—and I finally found it here.
Cons
This isn’t necessarily a con, but The Connor Group isn’t suited for those with a 9-to-5 mentality or those seeking a low-pressure, slow-paced environment. It’s not for everyone—and that’s a good thing.

Pros
You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.
Cons
You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
