Pros

Medical benefits are good that’s it.

Cons

Please do not read all the psorive reviews. They have a system in place that force you to right a good review when you first work within 3 weeks. They will let you go after 6-7 months. Toxic and micromanaging environment. Very outdated technology and systems. Very inefficient place to work.

It's unfortunate to hear that you feel your experience fell short of expectations. For clarity, we do not require or script positive reviews. Our associates are encouraged to share honest feedback at any stage of their time here. We strive for a high-performance culture built on transparency, respect, and continuous improvement, including investments in both people and technology. That said, we recognize we’re not the right fit for everyone, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
