Pros

I've been here for over 5 years and have no regrets. If you're ready for a career and willing to put in the time and effort, you will be rewarded. Pay is very competitive, benefits are good, and there is a reward and recognition program available to all employees. Partnership is also available for all employees.

Cons

Hours can sometimes be long and a considerable amount of morale boosting is mainly only done for employees out in the field. Not many, if any at all, career advancement opportunities at the Central Support Office.

Thank you for your thoughtful and honest review, and for over five years of dedication! It’s great to hear that the career growth, compensation, and recognition opportunities have made a lasting impact. We agree that CSO associates play a critical role in our success, and they should be equally rewarded for that. Thank you for all you do.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
