Pros

-Team that supports you in and out of work! -Compensates pretty well compared to competition. -Pushes you to hold yourself to a higher standard that translates into real life!

Cons

The only con I have is the hierarchy of roles on the company. These properties definitely run as a team and sales I feel is the back bone of the company but gets the least credit and recognition. I will say that there has been things put in place to improve it but I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
