Pros

Joining The Connor Group was the best career decision I could have made! -The company rewards performance and hard work. If you’re driven and competitive, you’ll thrive here. -Compensation is well above industry average when you hit your goals – strong commission structure for the sales team! -Great exposure to business principles and leadership from top-level people. -Clear expectations and accountability. -High Standards, your team is made up of the best of the best! -Transparent and direct!

Cons

Not a con for the right person but the pace is intense, and the expectations are extremely high. Not a 9-to-5 job. Work-life balance can be tough, especially peak months

Pros

You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.

Cons

You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
