Pros
The career and growth potential is what you make it. If you are willing to work hard, do the difficult things, and find solutions you will excel. You have to be open minded and follow systems/processes.
Cons
Not a con for the right person, but if you are not willing to jump in and work hard you will not succeed. If you are looking for something easy or for things to be given vs earned - this is not the place for you.

Pros
You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.
Cons
You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
