They lie, hate their customers, and abuse their employees. If you want to work 20 hours a day while being told how horrible you are, then come on down!

Thank you for your feedback. We respect that you’ve been with the company for more than 3 years, and it's unfortunate to hear you feel this way about your experience. That said, many of the claims in your review are not accurate and do not reflect our values or how we operate. We don’t tolerate disrespect toward associates or residents, and we take culture and accountability seriously. We’ll continue to focus on creating an environment where high-performing associates feel challenged and supported.

Pros
You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.
Cons
You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
