      Unlimited amount of overtime Great for those who like to keep busy all day

      Cons

      “Cliques” make day to day difficult at time. Some of the doctors are are extremely difficult to work with. Very long hours with no breaks for techs on a 12 hour shift, only 30 minute lunch.

      A very supportive team that actively pushes you to reach out to them for guidance.

      Cons

      Quite bureaucratic, so if you're a person who values autonomy or wants to work to make big, actionable changes, this might not be the place for that. They have established ways of doing things, and this position does not provide a lot of room to think outside the box and do things differently. Salary also isn't great.
