      My co-workers and their medical benefit plan.

      Cons

      This place is a "bro-culture" type of work environment. If you are not in with the "bro" crowd then you will easily get singled out. The turnovers within this place is ridiculous. They will bring in people who are remote but when the establish employees ask to be remote it's an issue. Opportunities to be promoted from within are slim to bare none because the upper echelon of management will bring in the people within their clique.

      Pros

      A very supportive team that actively pushes you to reach out to them for guidance.

      Cons

      Quite bureaucratic, so if you're a person who values autonomy or wants to work to make big, actionable changes, this might not be the place for that. They have established ways of doing things, and this position does not provide a lot of room to think outside the box and do things differently. Salary also isn't great.
