Pros

Large office, employee lunch room.

Cons

There's no structure and the patient doesn't come first. They will try to submit your authorization requests to your insurance 48 hours prior to your service even when the provider ordered it a month out and forces your insurance to do it STAT while those are meant for live or death situations, like heart attack and car accidents that roll into ER. Than will blame your insurance for not approving it. Unfortunately this seems more common in provider offices, but this is one that took the cake, as injections can provide major relief and improve quality of life, but that's not their concern.

Pros

A very supportive team that actively pushes you to reach out to them for guidance.

Cons

Quite bureaucratic, so if you're a person who values autonomy or wants to work to make big, actionable changes, this might not be the place for that. They have established ways of doing things, and this position does not provide a lot of room to think outside the box and do things differently. Salary also isn't great.
