Pros

No pros, other than the good people at the “bottom” who do most of the work, yet go unnoticed. They are the sole reason why I stayed so long.

Cons

I don’t know where to begin. I saw more than 35 people leave in the span of my time working here. I saw good and joyful people become overworked, tired, and depressed. I watched slowly as leadership became taken over by sin, money, and power. What I thought was a company that honored the talents and gifts of others became the opposite. I watched as friends were silenced or even fired for giving feedback, even when we were told it was welcomed. Leadership continues to point fingers and create false narratives. They manipulate and use your words against you and call it gossip, while they slander and tear down behind closed doors. They don’t value criticism, they don’t value those who do the hard work, and I promise you, they won’t value you.

Pros

The mission hasn't changed since I've been here, and the pay and benefits seem above industry standard. The people I work with are amazing and I'm just grateful to have such an amazing job that is making a real impact.

Cons

There is some turnover because the work pace is fast, as other reviews mentioned; but I have access to the factual turnover reports, and the company has never had 60% turnover in its entire history, so you can't believe everything you read on here.

Pros

The health insurance, hybrid, the pay is ok, and some people that care and invest into you.

Cons

The pay is somewhat ok, leadership only cares about how they view the company. There is no fun in the office as it used to be. You will get fired for reasons that don't align and things you don't agree with. There is no such thing as "we will take your opinion in consideration' and it actually being mattered. Leadership DOES NOT stand up for their team members. The job and mission look good on pen and paper, but the actual job expects you to keep your head down, work hard as they give you more and more responsibilities, and work 45-55 hours having no time for your family or friends.
