Pros
Most of your peers are great to work with. Benefits are competitive with other companies. Those are all the pros that I can think of. There are more cons than pros in my opinion.
Cons
Horrible Training. Tension amongst management that makes for toxic work environment. Long hours and working 40+ hours a week Management promises training when needed/requested, but doesn't follow through. A lot of your peers are great to work with, but there are some who intentionally go out of their way to ensure you are not successful. Would never recommend this as a company to work for.
