Pros
I’ve been here for just almost a year and a half and while they try to put on a positive face, it’s not working. More solid employees are leaving and I feel like it needs examined.
Cons
Low pay, no raises, allowing employees who have been involved in unethical practices to stay because they have “numbers”.
