Pros
Employee owned/stock options. Steady work, all across the 🇺🇸
Cons
Employee's don't get the treatment they deserve. Extremely physical job, and extremely dangerous. Always a fight to get raises, need to watch your checks closely. Tend to make errors in payroll. Way too many people in management! My boss has 6 bosses, and they all get profit sharing bonuses, much higher salerys, and don't do the hard work that makes this company $. This company keep growing, and the real working people seem to get less, and less every year. Insurance is a joke now, dedutables are so high, you basically dont have insurance unless something major happens. Training and safety has gotten worse over the years, the constant pressure from management to always make more $ every year seems to play a factor in that aspect. There really is no formal training, except for a couple of weeks long classes every couple of years, if your lucky. For a job that puts your life in danger every single day, you would think training would play more of a role.
