It's a tough place to work - Associate The Delaney at The Vale Employee Review

There is no consistency with treatment of employees. New directors are unapproachable, standoffish, and rude (creepy even). Staff turnover is crazy, especially in dining services. Worst company to work for, main office is not local to New England. They do not pay what you are worth. The road getting to work is windy and dangerous. Only get 6 holidays, and don't get paid holiday pay unless you work it. Benefits are terrible.
