No one is hovering over your back all day.
Cons
Lied about the rate of pay, the pay in the job description says $15 to $19 and hour but you only make $10 and hour and you wont reach $15 until you do overtime. You have to help another driver deliver their packages if they fall behind after you have delivered your own 200+ packages. Mandatory weekend work, 10.5 hour shifts, one person has to deliver 200+ packages, no benefits, no sick days, no vacation, no health insurance, poor communication, everything is done at the last minute, and very poor organization.
