being out on your own

Cons

dealing with "rescues" especially when youre one of the best and are having to pick up others slack. i could deliver many packages and get done at a timely manner but you would have individuals take their time and in the end would get paid more than me since everyone was paid the same

Pros

Great staff. Management is doing a wonderful job, stays on top of things; and let's you know what is going on with the day to day basics.

Cons

if you live far away, and get done at a certain time or later; you may hit hard and long traffic.
