Pros

Culture: - I've never worked with such a positive, friendly & hardworking group of young professionals & I've been doing this for a while... - Everyone was very welcoming when I started (4 months ago) & we even went out for a team lunch - Did I mention that we have dog days every Friday?!? Personal Growth & Development: - There is a ton of opportunity to learn new, innovative tactics & the leadership always encourages the teams to attend training - Since we are a smaller start-up agency, new processes or ideas are ALWAYS welcome to test out to help improve the communication across teams - If you are interested in learning a new digital channel or find yourself enjoying a specific role, the team will try to help guide you in that direction Benefits: - Flexible vacation time - Casual Friday beers with amazing co-workers - Great healthcare - Occasional team outings - Work from home days (when needed) - Good work-life balance

Cons

It would be great to work with some larger client budgets & develop a more diverse client portfolio, which is in the works!

Pros

It's not like most agencies where there's a rigid hierarchy. At every level, team members have the opportunity to share feedback and help shape the company's vision, direction, process, etc. If you demonstrate expertise and offer value, you'll be trusted with a lot of autonomy which means a flexible work schedule and room to carve your own career path. The people are amazing (good clients too) and no one takes themselves too seriously. The cliche "work hard, play hard" applies.

Cons

It's a small company, which means you've got to take the initiative if you want career growth. There's no corporate ladder to climb.

Pros

If you have a desire to learn and expand your knowledge base and experience in new areas of marketing--e.g. branding, UX/UI, AI the company is 1000% supportive of your learning goals. You can grow your knowledge base until your heart's content and gain exposure to things you would never get exposure to in a larger marketing firm.

Cons

TDR is a small company so while personal and professional growth opportunities are abundantly available and supported, organizational mobility will require patience.
