You get to work with some amazing, creative, and people-focused individuals. The pay is competitive, the benefits are amazing and each of the owners have a vision to continue growth of the company. Family friendly, great work/life balance.
Cons
It's a fast-paced environment and you're always working on multiple projects at the same time. It can get a bit crazy sometimes, which is why organization is key! There is a fridge stocked with Red Bull, Mountain Dew and other complimentary sodas. There is also snacks everywhere. The con to that is my waistline.

Thank you for taking time to review The Digital Ring! You're absolutely right about the fast pace and occasional craziness (organized chaos?); the silver lining here is happy clients and super appreciative coworkers. We've also implemented workplace fitness challenges to help everyone's waistline. :) Thanks for all you do at TDR!

Business Outlook
Pros
It's not like most agencies where there's a rigid hierarchy. At every level, team members have the opportunity to share feedback and help shape the company's vision, direction, process, etc. If you demonstrate expertise and offer value, you'll be trusted with a lot of autonomy which means a flexible work schedule and room to carve your own career path. The people are amazing (good clients too) and no one takes themselves too seriously. The cliche "work hard, play hard" applies.
Cons
It's a small company, which means you've got to take the initiative if you want career growth. There's no corporate ladder to climb.
If you have a desire to learn and expand your knowledge base and experience in new areas of marketing--e.g. branding, UX/UI, AI the company is 1000% supportive of your learning goals. You can grow your knowledge base until your heart's content and gain exposure to things you would never get exposure to in a larger marketing firm.
Cons
TDR is a small company so while personal and professional growth opportunities are abundantly available and supported, organizational mobility will require patience.
