Pros

The company is young and it's always great getting in while it's growing. The culture is great. I've worked at many start-ups and it has the start-up culture but the team has the experience of a mature company. Working with many different clients across many industries helps break up the day and gives you something new to look forward to every day!

Cons

It's a young company, so there are many new things we're learning every day. It can be high stress at times when there are urgent projects to complete but the pros absolutely outweigh that con.

Thanks for all the great thoughts in your review of The Digital Ring. You've touched on a lot of points that are really spot-on. And one thing is for sure; no two days are the same at TDR, so if you're looking for variety you've come to the right place! Thanks for your review!

Pros

It's not like most agencies where there's a rigid hierarchy. At every level, team members have the opportunity to share feedback and help shape the company's vision, direction, process, etc. If you demonstrate expertise and offer value, you'll be trusted with a lot of autonomy which means a flexible work schedule and room to carve your own career path. The people are amazing (good clients too) and no one takes themselves too seriously. The cliche "work hard, play hard" applies.

Cons

It's a small company, which means you've got to take the initiative if you want career growth. There's no corporate ladder to climb.

Pros

If you have a desire to learn and expand your knowledge base and experience in new areas of marketing--e.g. branding, UX/UI, AI the company is 1000% supportive of your learning goals. You can grow your knowledge base until your heart's content and gain exposure to things you would never get exposure to in a larger marketing firm.

Cons

TDR is a small company so while personal and professional growth opportunities are abundantly available and supported, organizational mobility will require patience.
