Pros

Great for entry monitors, since the company has an excellent training program.

Cons

Most staff members have the job title of DM/PM, but that encompasses different roles. Some are actually CRAs others are strictly regulatory specialists or data managers. A lot of DM/PM s have leadership and supervisor roles without noted leveling. It is not uncommon for a DM/PM to manage a group of 12 other DM/PM s but the title is the same

Pros

Some roles allowed to work mostly or fully remote

Cons

Micromanagement culture. Lack of professional boundaries. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Gossip, oversharing and non constructive criticism about colleagues and clients. Poor compensation and benefits. Observable differential treatment of employees based on cultural background or personal characteristics. High turnover. Low morale.
