It's a good company to work for, great people and interesting projects. Lots of room for growth, overall excellent work environment, and they're constantly getting new contracts. You'll end up with a good skill set if this is one of your first professional employers.
Cons
Decent learning curve for entry level staff as there is a bit of proprietary software to learn, but lots of professional development opportunities.
