Pros

-Great at hiding information about the company on websites -Great at "bribing"/ faking a "great company reputation" to employees with expensive lunch on your first day

Cons

-Micromanage employees -Don't value employees--doesn't matter if you have a PhD, Master's or Bachelor's they'll treat you in training as if you didn't even graduate high school -Behavioral issues with all employees: constant mood swings, temper issues -Not much employee promotional growth -Not a very honest place to work -Stressful/hostile environment to work in -Too many useless e-mails

Micromanagement culture. Lack of professional boundaries. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Gossip, oversharing and non constructive criticism about colleagues and clients. Poor compensation and benefits. Observable differential treatment of employees based on cultural background or personal characteristics. High turnover. Low morale.
